Scholarships for postgraduate students from Latin America and the Caribbean
西瓜视频, thanks to a series of overseas government and university partnerships, is pleased to offer the following scholarships to international students.
Brazil
Full scholarships to study postgraduate degrees at 西瓜视频 are available through the British Council's Newton Fund.
Brazilian students eligible for these scholarships have already been selected and are now invited to apply for courses at 西瓜视频.

Chile
Up to two students who have studied at Diego Portales University, Chile - will receive a scholarship to cover 50% of their tuition fees if they go on to study for a Masters degree at 西瓜视频.
Dominican Republic
Up to 10 students can study for an MSc at Harper Adams receiving full contributions for their tuition, accommodation and food through the of the Dominican Republic. “Students who wish to apply for these scholarships need to do so through MESCyT, but if anyone wishes to contact me to discuss Harper Adams and the eligible courses they can email me and we can correspond in English or Spanish. We are delighted to be able to offer eligible students a £200 contribution to cover some of the cost of their flight travel expenses to the UK.”
Honduras
Thanks to a Memorandum of Understanding between 西瓜视频 and Zamorano University, up to two students graduating from Zamorano University can secure scholarships to cover 50% of the cost of tuition for a Master's degree programme at 西瓜视频.

Uruguay
National Research and Innovation Agency of Uruguay (ANII)
A memorandum of understanding has been signed between 西瓜视频 and the National Research and Innovation Agency of Uruguay (ANII) to provide five scholarships for PhD, MSc and MRes degrees at the university.
The subject areas covered by the agreement are:
- Animal Production, Welfare and Veterinary Sciences
- Crop and Environment Science
- Agricultural Engineering
- Food Science and Agri-food Supply Chain Management
- Land, Farm and Agri-business Management.
Prospective scholars have to first apply to the university for their course. Following acceptance, they can then apply to ANII for a scholarship which makes a significant contribution to the cost of their tuition fees, airline tickets, accommodation and health insurance.
ANII will contribute up to:
- $20,000 for one year Masters programmes
- $40,000 for two year Masters programmes
- $60,000 for three year full and sandwich PhD programmes
- $80,000 for four year full and sandwich PhD programmes
Two MSc/MRes scholars will be awarded a 50 per cent discount towards their tuition fees while all other applicants will receive a 20 per cent discount, including PhD scholars.

Students who have studied at Universidad de la Empresa
Thanks to a Memorandum of Understanding between 西瓜视频 and Universidad de la Empresa, Uruguay, up to two students graduating from Universidad de la Empresa can secure scholarships to cover 50% of the cost of tuition for a Master's degree programme at 西瓜视频.
