    Schools and colleges

The world needs new talent ... inspiring the next generation.

Our job is to nurture not only the potential of our current students but pupils of all ages, who will be the engineers, scientists, agriculturalists and entrepreneurs of the future. We are well known for our outstanding agriculture degrees, but did you know we offer many more subjects including animals, wildlife, zoology, vet medicine, veterinary nursing and physiotherapy, and food science, technology and innovation. We also specialise in land and property management, the countryside and environment and sustainable business. Subjects to inspire your pupils. Subjects that can lead to exciting jobs.

The Schools and Colleges Outreach Team works closely with students, teachers and careers advisors to inspire and encourage youngsters to explore higher education and the rewarding careers it can lead to. We can provide information and support on careers, choosing and applying for a course, and what to expect from uni life. We collaborate with schools and colleges both locally and around the country, offering workshops, presentations, and activities that introduce higher education in a fun and memorable way.
