Nikki Bassett presents the Noble Foods Award to Jess Catterall

Jess Catterall, 22 from Berkeley, Gloucestershire, receives the Noble Foods – Food Technology & Science Award, from ‎Nikki Bassett, Group HR Director at Noble Foods Ltd.  Jess, BSc (Hons) Food and Consumer Studies, won the award because she produced the best Food Technology dissertation. Food programme manager, Dr Annette Creedon said: “Jess’s dissertation followed on from her placement year with Morning Foods, Europe’s premier oat miller. Her research aimed to assess the factors which influence acrylamide levels under the precautionary principle of risk assessment and quality assurance.
